1 GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER

First, you will make an appointment with us for a personal consultation. Our goal is to get to know you and discuss your thoughts and ideas about your celebration. Together, we will develop an individualised concept tailored to your needs, which will fully correspond to your wishes. You will decide yourself to what extent you want to use our services. We would be thrilled to take over the complete organisation and decoration of your special day.

2 THE CONCEPT

 

After our conversation, we will develop a customised concept for you. We will send you a detailed offer with the selected decorations, services and prices - obviously, we can always make amendments afterwards.
Your wishes, your budget, the location, assembly and disassembly times, and similar factors set the framework for our concept and your personalised offer. Thanks to our experience and our professional partners, we will find surprising and extraordinary solutions for you.
With our offer, you will always get a visual representation to demonstrate what would be possible. Afterwards, you can decide what is important to you and what you really want.

3 THE ORDER

 

 

If our offer convinces you, you will place the order with us. We will now be by your side right up until your big day and will be available for you the whole time for all questions concerning your decoration.

4 THE BIG DAY

 

 

 

We will contact the persons responsible for your location and agree on binding dates for setting up and dismantling the decoration. This means that you don't have to worry about anything and that you can look forward to your party.
