For orders over €100, delivery is free of charge. Otherwise, you will be charged shipping costs of €2.99.
We deliver to the following countries:

What to do if transport damage has occurred?
If, despite all the care taken, transport damage has occurred, we recommend either not accepting the goods or signing the delivery receipt with the note "with reservation".
So that we can send you a fault-free item quickly, please report the damage as soon as possible, preferably within 4 days. Please send the report in writing to both the delivery agent and our customer service:
What to do if you have accepted the goods despite our recommendation and they are damaged?
In such instances, we ask that you send us digital photos of the damage by e-mail (email@example.com). along with the invoice number, so that we can submit an appropriate damage declaration to our insurance company. At the same time, we will organise the return of the damaged goods with you and ensure that you receive a replacement quickly.
