Our beginnings - From the barn to the warehouse
In 2015, Julie Meyer founded the first shop for online decor in Luxembourg, which initially started as a "country boutique". Her photos of decorations on social media and the website quickly led to requests from friends and acquaintances asking for her help with decorating. After a successful start-up phase, a temporary warehouse was set up in the barn on the family farm, where decorations for events and weddings found their place. As a one-woman business, Julie relied mostly on the support of friends and family during this time.
In 2020, the country boutique grew into Country Concept and has since been oriented towards the three areas: Business Styling, Event Decor and Homestyling. The barn finally became a little too small that year and the team moved all the decorative items and products to a warehouse in Echternach. In the meantime, the steadily growing team of five includes interior design experts, project managers and an in-house florist.

As a qualified event manager, Julie has organised numerous events in previous years and therefore has the necessary know-how. She completed her studies in event and tourism management in Hamburg and already worked in e-commerce during her studies. With her personal approach, she inspires her clients to transform their living spaces and events into something special.
